Abigail Scott Rawleigh is a PhD candidate in early American literature at the University of Notre Dame. Her work studies the intersection of religion and literature in the British Atlantic. Her dissertation project focuses on domestic language, imagery, and the real spaces to which they correspond in seventeenth-century poetry. When she’s not researching and writing, she can usually be found gardening or cross-stitching.
